We provide bending, forming, rolling, shearing, and turret press punching services for a full spectrum of materials, including brass, copper, and even some plastics (Lexan, thermolic, acrylic). Sheet, angle, tubing, bar stock, and tread plate of aluminum (3/8 in.), steel (1 in.), and stainless steel (3/8 in.) from 20 ga. to 1/2 in. thick can all be cut on our 2-axis, 4,000 W, CO2 gaseous laser. We can work stock up to 12 ft. long, 5 ft. wide to precise tolerances of only ± 0.003" when fabricating electronic enclosures, frames, brackets, chassis, tanks, spacers, and racks, to name only a few of our typical products. Not content to merely fabricate your metal products, we also provide design, assembly, and packaging services, in addition to brazing, machining, welding, vibratory deburring, and hardware insertion.

We typically deliver from 10 to 100 pieces with lead times of four weeks, but rush services are also available for our aerospace, computer, defense, electronics, medical, transportation, telecommunications, and utility customers. After prototyping your product, we can quickly move into low volume and small runs using Kanban scheduling to provide you with just in time stocking programs. ISO 9001:2008 certified, we strictly adhere to all American Welding Society standards. We are compatible with AutoCAD, Pro-E or Pro/Engineer, and SolidWorks CAD modeling files.
