Fabricating and finishing the display stand pictured here capitalized on the expertise of a number of process specialists. Materials of construction included hot rolled pickled and oiled steel sheet and round tubing. In addition to laser cutting and roll forming the sheet to various thicknesses, we applied bending, sawing, and grinding processes to form the exact geometry and profiles. Once welded, the workpiece was cleaned and masked prior to application of the specialized metallic silver powder coating that gave this 86 in. high display stand its durable and visually appealing Class A finish.
Our flexibility and process agility enabled us to produce five completely finished units on specification, on time, on budget, and ready for use on the retail floor.
