High-quality powder coating begins with expert pre-coating preparation, and at Industrial Fabricators we offer two options. Our three-stage pre-treatment system starts with an iron phosphate cleaning, followed by rinsing, and then application of a non-chrome sealer. In the seven-stage pre-treatment system, we begin with 2 alkaline cleanings and then rinse before an iron phosphate conversion coating. Application of a non-chrome sealer and a rust inhibitor completes the process. We manually apply our powder coatings to aluminum, stainless, mild, and aluminized steels. Parts up to 240 in. long, 60 in. wide, 87 in. high, and weighing up to 500 lb. can all neatly fit into our powder coating booths.

In addition, design, assembly, packaging as well as brazing, machining, hardware insertion, welding, and vibratory deburring services are also available. We can powder coat anywhere from 10 to 100 pieces with a lead time of only two weeks. Rush services are also provided, as are prototypes, low volume, and small runs.
